● Vendor set up begins at 7:00 am on 9/16/2023 and 12:00 pm on 9/17/2023● Breakdown must be completed no later than 6:00 pm. on both days.● Please arrive early to unload for set-up and remove your vehicle to adesignated parking area.● Setting up the night before is not allowed.● Your vendor location will be assigned to you on the morning of the event.● Vendors will be escorted to your assigned spot by a committee member.● Vendors are required to provide their own tents and tables.● Maximum size tents – 10’ x 10’● Tables must be able to fit adequately under the tent.● Vendors are required to keep the surrounding area clean and remove allgarbage upon leaving their assigned area.
