I have received copies of the Statement of Faith and am in full agreement with them in both word and spirit. As a member of this church, I will abide by these documents, and seek to fulfill the membership responsibilities to the best of my ability, and will endeavor to fulfill my responsibilities to the Lord and His work.
I understand that the Church may remove me as a member without my express consent. Similarly, I may withdraw from membership at any time, unless I have been notified of a disciplinary proceeding involving me, in which case the Church may delay the withdrawal of membership until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceeding.
